Returns / Cancellations
Claims for damages due to Alef By Cordoba's error must be made within seven (7) days of your receipt of goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Embroidered, printed, or engraved items are NOT returnable, exchangeable, or refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns will be charged a 35% restocking fee. Products must be inspected before modifying the item. Customers are responsible for verifying the style, color, size, text, and quality of the item purchased.
Exchanges / Refunds
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kevin@alefbycordoba.com and send your item to 110 Walmart Court, Odessa Texas United States 79763.
We will give you a refund upon a reasonable inspection of the item. Our refunds will be returned to be in-store credit for a partial amount of the total.
Adding or Exchanging Items from the Order
At Alef By Cordoba, we give you until the end of the business day the order was placed, to either add or exchange items on bulk orders. After the day of purchase, it will be considered as a new order and the same bulk discounts will no longer apply or reduce the price of the whole purchase of the new order.
