Our Process
From Concept to Creation: How We Work
At Alef By Cordoba, we’ve streamlined our workflow to ensure that "Bringing Branding to the Masses" is a seamless experience for you. Here is what you can expect when you partner with us.
It all starts with your vision. Fill out our Get a Quote form or visit our shop in Odessa.
-
What we need: Product type, quantity, and your deadline.
-
Pro-Tip: Providing high-quality Vector files (.AI, .EPS, or .PDF) at this stage helps us get you an accurate price faster.
The Quote & Discovery
1
Once the quote is approved, our team gets to work. We don't press "Print" until you are 100% happy.
-
The Proof: We will send you a digital proof showing exactly how your logo will look.
-
Approval: You review the colors, spelling, and placement. We allow for minor adjustments to ensure perfection.
Design & Digital Proofing
2
After you green-light the proof, the magic happens in our Odessa facility.
-
Expert Handling: Whether it’s the high-heat curing of a T-shirt print, the precision of a laser engraver, or the steady hand required for vehicle graphics, your project is handled by pros.
-
Quality Control: We inspect every item to ensure it meets our durability standards before it leaves the table.
Production & Craftsmanship

Technical Requirements (The "Expert" Section)
To help your project move through our process as fast as possible, please keep these requirements in mind:
-
File Types: We prefer Vector Graphics. If you only have a .JPG or .PNG, we may need to perform a "Vector Trace" to ensure the print isn't blurry.
-
Color Matching: We strive for 100% accuracy. If you have specific Pantone (PMS) codes for your brand, please provide them at Step 1.
-
Lead Times: Our standard turnaround varies by project, but we will always provide an estimated completion date during the quote phase.
