Submitting Copyright Infringement Claims:

Please submit your copyright infringement claim to us at chris@alefbycordoba.com. We will review your claim promptly and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).


Actions Taken in Response to Copyright Infringement Claims:

Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement claim, we will take the following actions:


  • Remove, stop reproducing, and disable access to the allegedly infringing content from our platform.

  • Notify the user responsible for posting the content of the copyright claim and provide them with an opportunity to respond.

  • If the user provides a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original claimant and may restore the content unless legal action is pursued.


Repeat Infringers:

We may terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright. We will also cooperate with law enforcement and take appropriate legal action as required by law.
