At Alef By Cordoba, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. Our warranty policy is a testament to our commitment to customer satisfaction and the trust you place in our offerings. Each product is covered by a warranty that reflects our confidence in its craftsmanship and performance. This warranty period may vary depending on the type of product and its specific terms, so we encourage you to review the warranty details provided with your purchase. In the rare event that you encounter an issue covered by our warranty, our dedicated customer support team is ready to assist you in resolving the matter promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority, and our warranty policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind as you enjoy our products.
This warranty is your exclusive warranty, and there are no warranties that extend beyond the description contained here. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable and only applies if purchased directly from Alef By Cordoba.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; (B) ALL OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND ANY LIABILITY NOT BASED UPON CONTRACT ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED; AND (C) IN NO EVENT SHALL ALEF BY CORDOBA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A CLAIM FOR SUCH DAMAGES IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
Alef By Cordoba will either repair or replace any broken or defective product, at our sole option. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER.
Proof of purchase must be provided upon request in order to verify warranty coverage. Please retain purchase receipts for your records.
We may need to contact you to gather more information about your return and determine whether the warranty covers the damage.
Products
Normal wear and tear (including chips and scratches, abrasions, discolorations, or fading due to usage or exposure to sunlight or washing) is not covered by our warranty. Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations or repairs, water damage or failure to follow recommended care and use instructions will not be covered by the warranty.
Products used commercially, that are abused or misused, or products that are structurally altered or subject to undue stress beyond the physical limits of the materials are not covered under this warranty.
This warranty does not include any manufacturer responsibility for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the use of the product or from any malfunction. Under no circumstance will Alef By Cordoba be responsible for any amount of damages beyond the amount paid for the product at retail.
The warranty shall not apply to any product, or component thereof, which is not returned according to our warranty policy and return procedures. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Please carefully review any online care instructions for proper use and care.
All physical products have a 30-day warranty.
Services
Small Format Printing
Expect color to fade about 10% in the first year. The warranty does not cover normal color fading.
We offer a 90-day Color-Fade warranty on Uncoated prints.
We offer a 120-day Color-Fade warranty on Coated prints.
Large Format Printing & Signs
Expect color to fade about 10% in the first year. The warranty does not cover normal color fading.
We offer a 90-day Color-Fade warranty on Uncoated prints.
We offer a 120-day Color-Fade warranty on UV Coated prints.
Embroidery
We offer a 90-day warranty on our Embroidery services.
HTV & HTP
We offer a 90-day warranty on our HTV & HTP services.
Engraving
We offer a 90-day warranty on our engraving services.
Graphic Installation
We have a 90-Day warranty on graphics if it was installed by a representative of Alef By Cordoba. Furthermore, we do not offer a warranty for thin graphics (<⅛ in”).
Product-Specific Terms
Please read our additional product-specific terms that shall apply to the products and services listed below (“Product-Specific Terms”). Where there is a difference between the Warranties mentioned above and these Product-Specific Terms, the Product-Specific Terms shall take precedence.
