1. Program Overview & Eligibility

The Ink Drop Club (the "Program") is a tiered loyalty program operated by Alef by Cordoba. The Program is open to individual consumers and registered commercial entities within the United States. Participation is entirely voluntary and free of charge. No purchase is necessary to create a basic account, though points must be earned through qualified commercial transactions.


2. Point Earning Structure (The "Base Tier")
  • Members earn rewards based on a "Points per Dollar Spent" matrix. The base earning rate is 10 Ink Drops for every $1.00 USD spent on qualifying purchases.

  • Qualifying purchases include raw materials, custom printing services, apparel blanks, graphic design hourly fees, and digital setup fees.

  • Exclusions: Points will not be awarded for government-mandated sales tax, credit card processing surcharges, or third-party shipping/delivery costs.

  • Point balances are calculated automatically by Square POS and are rounded to the nearest whole dollar amount per transaction.


3. Membership Tiers & Rolling 12-Month Multipliers

The Program features a Designer Palette multi-tiered structure based on points accumulated over a rolling 12-month period. Status is determined dynamically on the date of each transaction:

  • Ink Member (Orange): Entry level (0 – 999 accumulated points). Base rate of 10 drops per $1.

  • Ink Pro (Blue): Achieved at 1,000 points. Unlocks a 1.1x multiplier (11 drops per $1).

  • Ink Elite (Purple): Achieved at 4,000 points. Unlocks a 1.2x multiplier (12 drops per $1).

  • Ink Master (Gold): Achieved at 10,000 points. Unlocks a 1.3x multiplier (13 drops per $1).

Once a higher tier is unlocked, the member retains that status and its accompanying multiplier for exactly 12 calendar months from the qualification date. If spending thresholds are not met during that rolling window, the account will dynamically adjust to the appropriate tier.


4. Expiration & Non-Transferability
  • Rolling Expiration: All redeemable Ink Drops sitting in a customer wallet expire 12 months from the exact date of the transaction in which they were originally generated. Expired points cannot be recovered or extended.

  • Non-Transferability: Ink Drops, status levels, and rewards are strictly non-transferable. Points are legally bound to the specific customer profile or corporate identity registered at the time of purchase. Accounts may not be merged, gifted, shared, or sold to separate businesses or individuals.


5. Reward Redemption ("The Burn")

Accumulated Ink Drops may be converted into fixed-value monetary discounts on subsequent custom orders according to the following redemption schedule:

  • 2,000 Ink Drops = $10.00 USD Off Discount

  • 5,000 Ink Drops = $30.00 USD Off Discount

  • 8,000 Ink Drops = $50 USD Off Discount

  • 10,000 Ink Drops = $75.00 USD Off Discount

Redemption Restrictions: To protect production margins on highly customized setups (such as non-linear bulk sticker formulas), redemptions are strictly limited to one (1) reward per transaction. Multiple rewards cannot be stacked, combined with separate promotional coupon codes, or redeemed for physical cash.


6. Retroactive Points (Receipt Claims)

In the event that an enrolled member fails to log in or register their identity during checkout, points may be claimed retroactively.

  • Claims must be executed via the barcode link provided at the bottom of the digital or physical receipt.

  • All retroactive point claims must be submitted within 30 days of the original invoice date. Claims submitted after 30 days will be systematically rejected.


7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Order Modifications
  • If a custom print order is cancelled, voided, or refunded, all Ink Drops generated by that transaction will be automatically deducted from the customer’s active loyalty balance.

  • If point deductions result in a negative balance, the account will remain at zero but future earnings will apply toward the deficit before accumulating positive reward balances.


8. Account Audit & Fraud Prevention

Alef by Cordoba reserves the right to audit loyalty profiles at any time. The system actively monitors transaction frequencies. Accounts triggering more than three (3) loyalty transactions per calendar day are subject to manual administrative review. Alef by Cordoba reserves the right to terminate or freeze any loyalty account found to be engaging in point-manipulation, employee-point padding, or fraudulent transaction splitting.


9. Right of Modification and Termination

Alef by Cordoba reserves the right to amend, alter, adjust, or terminate this Program, its tier milestones, or its redemption cash-back values at any time with or without prior notice. In the event of program termination, all active members will be given a designated grace period (not to exceed 30 days) to redeem their remaining points before they are rendered void.
