Application Instructions

Preparation.

Before affixing the Adhesive Product to a flat surface, be sure all surface paints, clear coats and waxes are cured or hardened.

Approximate curing times are:

  • Paint: 90 days

  • Clear Coat: 60 days

  • Wax: 2 days

Prior to application, clean the surface with a mild detergent. Wipe with a soft cloth and allow to dry. Follow the recommendations on the detergent and those of the car manufacturer.

The Adhesive Product should be at room temperature when applying. Take care when handling the Adhesive Product in extreme temperature conditions, as it can become hard to handle.

Location.
  • Ensure the surface is smooth, flat or only slightly curved.

  • Don’t apply the Adhesive Product on an area that isn’t smooth, that has contamination, or is porous.

  • Ensure the surface is cool to the touch.

Application.
  • Remove masking film Before Exposing Graphic to sunlight.

  • Make sure the entire Adhesive Product is flat against the surface.

  • Ensure there are no air pockets, moisture, or contamination between the Adhesive Product and the vehicle surface, and that corners and edges are smooth and flush with the surface.

  • Surface contaminants on the edges of the Adhesive Product may result in the Adhesive Product falling to adhere properly.

  • Use a soft sponge or microfibers to clean.

  • Rinse the vehicle with clear water after washing.

  • Minimize water spotting.
